A Conservation Agreement is a legal tool that allows landowners to protect natural areas on a piece of property.

While maintaining ownership, you make a commitment to conserve the natural integrity of the habitats agreed upon by you and Ducks Unlimited Canada, by limiting the amount and type of development that can occur. Our easements have adapted to better suit farmer’s needs, too.
